COUNCIL LOG-IN

Millions of televisions, computers and mobile phones are discarded in Australia each year.

To prevent it ending up in landfill, the Federal Government introduced the National Television and Computer Recycling Scheme (NTCRS) in 2011. There are now more than 1,800 collection points across the country where householders and small businesses can drop off their unwanted televisions, computers and accessories for free.

Depending on the collection site, other electronic items may also be accepted such as toasters, hairdryers and whitegoods. It depends on the collection site. Please check with your local collection site as some fees may also apply.

To make it easy for you to find your nearest drop off point, East Waste has put together a list of the nearest locations within our Member Council areas. These include suburbs and towns within Adelaide Hills Council, City of Burnside, Campbelltown City Council, City of Mitcham, City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters, City of Prospect and the Town of Walkerville.

Simply type in your postcode to find your nearest locations below. If you live outside of our member council areas you can find your nearest location on the Recycling Near You or Unplug and Drop websites.
